Your Journey to the Perfect Fit Begins Here During this initial fitting, we will: - Carefully assess the fit of your wedding dress. - Pin and mark the areas that require alterations. - Discuss any specific adjustments or customizations you desire. - Answer any questions you may have. - Provide a timeline and cost estimate based on the required alterations. When to Schedule: Choose a time slot 8-10 weeks before you need your dress, or earlier if you’d like to discuss your alterations and get an estimate ahead of time. For the best chance of securing a space, book this as soon as you have ordered your dress—or even before! Many brides reserve this appointment 6-12 months in advance. You don’t need to have your dress in hand yet to make the appointment! For Last-Minute Brides: If your wedding is fast approaching, please reach out as soon as possible. While I will do my best to accommodate last-minute requests, availability may be limited, especially during busy seasons. Be aware that a rush fee may apply depending on the time frame and complexity of the alterations. !!! IMPORTANT !!! We take a limited number of weddings per month and can book up months in advance, especially during the warmer seasons. Please note that while there may be open appointment slots on our calendar, it does not guarantee availability to complete your alterations before your wedding date. After submitting your booking request, we will confirm whether we can accommodate your alterations, and your booking fee will be refunded if we cannot fit you into our schedule. Consultation Fee: A $30 booking fee is charged for this appointment, which will be credited toward the final cost of your alterations if you proceed. What Happens Next: After the initial consultation, we will provide an estimate, and a 25% deposit will be required before we begin any sewing. We will also schedule any additional fittings to ensure your gown is perfectly tailored for your big day. Subsequent fittings, including the final fitting, will be charged as follows: $40 for fittings up to 30 minutes. $60 for fittings between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
